Experience

Amy is a Partner in the firm’s Boston and Providence offices. Her practice focuses on the defense of a variety of complex litigation matters, including premises liability, personal injury, construction defects, construction accidents, wrongful death, commercial and business disputes, professional liability, medical malpractice, dental malpractice, product liability, and professional liability.

Prior to joining the firm, Amy was a litigation attorney at a regional law firm where she represented corporate and individual clients in all aspects of commercial and civil matters. She has successfully represented clients before the courts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and has participated in numerous state and federal mediations.  She has successfully argued numerous dispositive motions, and has appeared before the appellate courts of Massachusetts.
