Andrew is a Partner based in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Cherry Hill and Parsippany, New Jersey offices who handles matters in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. Andrew has over 20 years of experience successfully representing businesses, insurers and individuals in diverse legal matters, including insurance defense, insurance coverage, intentional torts, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, real estate, collections and criminal defense. Andrew’s current practice includes general liability, premises liability, food retailers and manufacturers’ liability, products liability, medical malpractice, construction and construction defects, auto and transportation liability and commercial litigation matters. Andrew has substantial experience with alternative dispute resolution as well as in trial and appellate practice.

Prior to joining Kiernan Trebach, Andrew practiced in law firms in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, including managing his own law firm for over ten years. Additionally, Andrew was an Assistant Deputy Public Defender with the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender in Mercer County, New Jersey, and he was a judicial extern for Associate Justice Evelyn Lundberg Stratton of the Supreme Court of Ohio while in law school.
