Experience

Erik is an Associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Erik focuses his practice on defending clients in cases involving construction/design defects, environmental claims, premises liability, automobile claims, medical malpractice and a wide array of other general civil litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Erik focused his practice on general civil litigation cases. Erik clerked for a D.C. Superior Court judge after graduating law school. Before that, Erik worked for nearly a decade for a Member of Congress at the U.S. House of Representatives. Erik prides himself on being able to translate his extensive policy background and knowledge of the legislative process into effective advocacy for his clients.
