Experience

Ken is a partner in the Massachusetts and Connecticut offices of the firm.  Ken has more than 20 years of litigation experience in New England and has appeared before the Connecticut and New Hampshire Supreme Courts as well as the Massachusetts Court of Appeals.  His clients include general contractors, subcontractors and owners in construction accident and defect litigation. Ken has also defended emergency room physicians, ambulatory surgery centers, nursing homes, genetics laboratories and various types of practice groups, in a large variety of claims of medical negligence. Ken also handles general liability claims on behalf of insurers and national corporations while also providing proactive claims management. Ken began his career as a prosecutor in the State of Connecticut and Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
