Experience

Michael is a Partner in the firm’s Boston office and has worked for the firm since 1992.  He has over 30 years of experience litigating civil matters in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island in the areas of product liability, commercial litigation, premises liability, negligent security, liquor liability, commercial trucking and transportation, toxic tort litigation and complex environmental and insurance coverage cases.  Michael routinely handles catastrophic losses and major cases in multiple jurisdictions and advises corporate clients, including national retailers, regarding loss prevention procedures, customer safety and risk management issues.  Michael has also given numerous presentations to insurers on claims handling procedures, defense and indemnity agreements and bad faith.

Michael played Division I Soccer while at Providence College, where he graduated in 1989.
