Experience

Bob is a Partner based in the firm’s Boston office.  Bob provides counseling and litigation services to all manner of clients, from individuals to Fortune 500 companies, in the state and federal courts of Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island, as well as the court of the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation, throughout all stages of litigation, as well as on appeal.

Bob’s practice primarily focuses on the hospitality and food retail industries, including defending premises and product liability matters, negligent security claims, as well as liquor and Dram Shop liability actions.  In addition, Bob is experienced in investigating and defending significant property losses related to fire, water, and other toxic and environmental events and conditions, as well as trucking, transportation, and construction-related claims and losses.
